Currently, Dr. Kone Mamadou Tadiou is an Associate Professor of Computer and Data Science in the STEM school at the International University of Grand Bassam. He previously worked for several years as a research scientist in Montreal, Québec, Canada and Boston, MA, USA. From June 2002 to May 2007, he was an Assistant Professor of Computer Science in the Department of computer science and engineering, Université Laval, Québec. From April 1990 to June 2002, Dr. Koné worked successively at Panasonic Tokyo Information and Communications Research Laboratory and the Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST) as a Research Associate.

Data science and the World Wide Web are my main research interests. Also, I am very much involved in Artificial Intelligence, the Semantic Web, Linked Data, Cloud Computing, Software agent technology, The Internet of Things, RFID, Near Field Communications (NFC), eGovernment and eCommerce.
