At present working as an independent communication and social research after having retired as Head, Social Research Group in Indian Space Research Organisation, Ahmedabad, India. I am an active member of a not-for-profit organisation called Audio-Video Communicators for Development and Education (AV-CODE) of which I was a founding member along with other media scholars, practitioners and researchers. I also teach at different Universities and Educational Institutes at Ahmedabad. My major interest these days is Digital Divide and its effects on society at large.
