Prof. Alireza Salehi Nejad is the chairholder of the UNESCO Chair on Cyberspace and Culture: Dual-Spacization of the World, at University of Tehran, Tehera, Iran.

Alireza Salehi-Nejad is an Iranian multidisciplinary researcher at the Faculty of World Studies, University of Tehran. He is also the founder and the former CEO of Titan Incorporated, a business consulting company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Alireza is a researcher at the Cyberspace Research Policy Center, and serves on a number of boards, including as the Executive Director of the International Association of Communication in Healthcare, the Executive Committee of the UNESCO Chair on Cyberspace & Culture, the Co-Chair of Ethics Committee of Linguistic Society of America, and Head of Academic Integrity Surveys Working Group of European Network for Academic Integrity.

His other activities include serving as a Mentor for the Web of Science Academy, Associate Editor for the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Associate Editor on linguistics for De Gruyter Open, Advisory Council member of the Foundation for Endangered Languages, and Business Executive for Arash Plastic Ltd. He is also an honorary Mendeley Advisor, Center for Open Science Ambassador, and Figshare Ambassador.

It is worth noting that Alireza has extensively collaborated with numerous academic publishers – notably SAGE Publications, Elsevier, Cambridge University Press, Canadian Center of Science & Education, Springer Nature – and scholarly journals as an editorial board member and reviewer. In addition, Alireza serves as a mentor in Web of Science Academy, and is recognized as the Top Reviewer in Social Sciences by Publons and received the Sentinel of Science Award in 2016, and the Excellent Reviewer Award in 2017.
