Orbicom, PAN-IDRC, APDIP-UNDP and Southbound launched The Digital Review of Asia Pacific 2003/2004 to mark the holding of the third preparatory committee meeting of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) in Geneva from 15-26 September 2003.The publication reviews how information and communication technologies (ICTs) are being deployed across the Asia Pacific to support socioeconomic development of countries and territories in the region.
