2004: Certificate in Strategic Financial Management for NGOS – Managing for Financial Sustainability awarded by the charity Management Accounting for Non-Governmental Organisations (MANGO) based in Oxford, UK. This course, undertaken in London, was designed to enrich my strategic financial management and fundraising capabilities as executive director of the Panos Institute Southern Africa.

1994: Certificates in Human Rights, Humanitarian and Refugee Laws, respectively awarded by the University of Lund (Sweden) and the UNZA Law School (Zambia). My participation in this short course was occasioned by my membership of the board of directors of the Foundation for Democratic Process (FODEP) which was involved in election monitoring in Zambia as well as in general civic education and awareness.
