Dr. Jong-Sung Hwang is currently the Executive Vice President at National Computerization Agency of Korea and is in charge of developing national information strategies and evaluating IT performances. He has played a leading role as a project manager in establishing the national informatization master plans of Korea including Cyber Korea 21 and e-Korea Vision 2006. He serves as executive secretary in the National Informatization Evaluation Committee. He is also a director of the Korea Political Science Association and is actively engaged in researches on electronic government and online democracy.
