Prof. Svetlana Malkarova is the Vice-rector of The State University of Management (SUM), Moscow, Russia.  Previously, she was the CEO of Media Consulting, Worldcom PR Group.

She is Executive Director of the UNESCO Chair “Societal, Legal and Ethical Frameworking of Knowledge Societies”. The chair help students and teachers to participate in educational, scientific and cultural programmes, attract expert community to the university in accordance with the objectives of the UNESCO Medium-Term Strategy for 2014-2021.
