The Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) is hosting two major events for UNESCO Chairs in Canada and the province on March 10 and 11, 2025. The national meeting of UNESCO Chairs in Canada and the regional meeting of UNESCO Chairs in Quebec will take place in the city, bringing together chairholders and partners involved in the promotion of research and education.

National Meeting of UNESCO Chairs in Canada

Organized by the Canadian Commission for UNESCO (CCUNESCO), the national meeting will bring together representatives of UNESCO Chairs from across the country.

This event is organized by the Fonds de recherche du Québec (FRQ), in collaboration with CCUNESCO, the Quebec representation within the Permanent Delegation of Canada to UNESCO, and the Ministry of International Relations and Francophonie of Quebec.
